Domaine de Manville is a five-star hotel, based on responsible luxury. It is a former farmyard building and was renovated in 2014 by M. and Ms. Saut, current owners, to create an authentic yet elegant and refined hotel. Domaine de Manville is located at the foot of Les Baux-de-Provence (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur), considered one of the prettiest villages in France. In this serene and magical timeless parenthesis, lies Domaine de Manville. It is composed with 30 rooms and suite, designed by Annie Zeau and Edith Saut. The idea was to create a unique atmosphere and decoration in each room, in order to create true authenticity, the key word of the hotel. The housing also counts nine luxury villas (eight three-rooms and one four-rooms Villas). Each one of them also has a unique style to focus on sensitivity; they were also all named after the owners’ nine grandchildren, which demonstrates the familial and warm atmosphere that rules the Domaine de Manville. To accompany these housings, there also is a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant, l’Aupiho, under the supervision of Belgium Chief Lieven van Aken. The latter aims to create an equilibrium between the Provençal freshness, and his Flanders roots, provided by the products from the agroecological farm. The Spa invites for a special relaxation, through the sensorial space (hammam, jacuzzi, sauna, inside pool). Domaine de Manville is also renowned for its innovative eco-certified eighteen-hole golf. A Kids Club is also available for children from four to twelve years old.
