Grand Hotel Parker’s as it became known, transformed into the select retreat for the literary and cultural elite of British high society. Fast forward to the aftermath of WW II and Grand Hotel Parker’s is once again rescued but this time by Francesco Paolo Avallone, patron of the fine arts. The Grand Hotel Parker's is reborn.
