Allamanda is a contemporary, elegant five-bedroom villa. All on one level, the villa boasts a dramatic fifteen hundred square foot great room with soaring twenty-foot ceilings and fifty feet of sliding glass doors that open up onto an expansive covered terrace.

Spanning eighty-five feet, the terrace affords guests the luxury of enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Play billiards or table tennis, enjoy a frozen cocktail at the bar while watching a sports event on the outdoor television, or lounge on the sofa and read a book, occasionally glancing up to watch the children play in the infinity edge, beach entry saltwater pool before gazing out at the Caribbean Sea.

Three master bedrooms are accessible via the terrace or an interior hallway. Two of these measure eighteen feet square, and have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and walk-in closets. The third master measures twenty feet squared and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an outdoor shower, and a Jacuzzi bathtub. There is also a two-bedroom family suite that shares an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The parent's (or nanny's) room, considered the fourth master, has a secure private outdoor garden. The children's room can be set up as an optional king-size bed or twin bed. Two Jamaican Brown Dogs live at Allamanda (Bonnie and Emily). They are both very friendly and are given free rein of the property at all times when the owners are in residence. If requested, however, the dogs can be kept in their ample dog run during the day and only let loose in the early evening to roam the property at night. Just let the staff know your preference.

True to its name, Aman-oka is a "peaceful home" of exquisite design and restful ambiance. Quiet interiors are complementary textures of teak, bamboo, and stone from Jamaica, China, and Indonesia. The Amanoka compound consists of the Main Villa and The Annex ... linked by a landscaped walkway through an interior courtyard.

Each day begins with fresh-squeezed orange juice and fresh-ground Blue Mountain coffee, fruit, bagels, and muffins on the verandah buffet ... followed by a full breakfast when all guests are ready. Extraordinary lunches and memorable candlelight dinners are served on the al fresco verandah or waterfront deck. Cocktail hour canapes and hors d'oeuvres are offered each evening around the verandah bar. The Tryall Club Membership

A significant amenity for guests in this villa is membership at the excellent Tryall Club. On 2,200 acres, Tryall's golf course is among the most beautiful in the world. It's 18 hillside and seaside fairways have been home to the Johnnie Walker, Mazda, and other PGA championship events. The resident pro offers workshops and private lessons. The Tryall tennis club features 4 Agile Turf courts and 5 Nova Cushion courts, some lit for night play, with world-class pros on call. All white attire is required.

The beach is well-planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar. Work out in the well-equipped gym and compete in the Usain Bolt Games Room at the Great House (teens love it). Jog the marked trails. Snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie Cat, and sunfish are complimentary. Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef, and any captained craft attract various fees. Enjoy weekly events like a complimentary Manager's Cocktail Party on Mondays, as well as Beach BBQ and Reggae Night beach parties for an additional fee.

REGISTRATION

When your driver brings you to Tryall, you will check in at the front desk. You will be asked for your passport as a means of identification. You will sign a waiver & need to provide a driving license for the use of the complimentary golf carts provided at the villa as well as any additional golf carts you may wish to rent.

The Tryall Club can set up an account for your stay. A credit card is required at check-in and a credit hold will be placed until check-out for budgetary items & signing privileges (i.e., groceries, restaurant dining, golf, and activities). The calculated amount for the credit hold is approximately US$150 per bedroom per night. If you plan to make payment for your Folio Account in cash, they will request a cash deposit. If you plan to make payment by credit card, they will place a hold on your credit card.

The Tryall Club will charge your credit card or take a cash payment for the Temporary Membership Dues of US$170 (plus a 15% service charge) per person per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$34 (plus 15% service charge) per person per day for stays of less than 7 days; a discount of 50% (plus the 15% service charge) applies to children who are ages 13-15 years old. If you would like to use the golf carts supplied by the villa, you will be asked to sign a golf cart damage waiver form on arrival.

You agree to always operate the golf cart in a safe and courteous manner at The Tryall Club. You agree to be responsible for any or all damages and replacement costs if you use the golf cart during your stay. You also agree to the following rules:

As you draw up at the entrance to Cielo it is impossible not to break into a wide smile. Straight ahead of you, the two wide entrance doors flanked by gently bubbling lily ponds are thrown back revealing a widescreen view of the sea and the sky. You feel as though you could reach in and pull the sky down and wrap yourself about with it. You will also notice the peace and tranquility; the ever-present offshore breezes that rustle through the house and the rainbow hues of the surrounding garden that affords total privacy. Located at the far end of Barnes Hill Ridge at a high elevation and down a gently descending drive, Cielo really is a villa to escape to and shrug off the concerns of the outside.

Cielo is built in a classical Caribbean style and on one level with a separate master's cottage slightly below the main house. It has been cleverly designed to maximize both the hillside location and the panoramic ocean views. A wide sitting room anchors the house and flows out onto a deep veranda with a swimming pool beyond set into the lawn. To the left is a separate formal dining room and adjacent to this is a small office there are not too many offices where one can sit at the desk and gaze at a view such as this. The style throughout is at one with the natural environment, deep white slipcovered sofas and armchairs, vibrant Jamaican paintings, and accents of blue and pistachio green here and there. This is a home with all the attributes for living in the tropics.

A significant amenity for guests in this villa is membership at the excellent Tryall Club. On 2,200 acres, Tryall's golf course is among the most beautiful in the world. It's 18 hillside and seaside fairways have been home to the Johnnie Walker, Mazda, and other PGA championship events. The resident pro offers workshops and private lessons. The Tryall tennis club features 4 Agile Turf courts and 5 Nova Cushion courts, some lit for night play, with world-class pros on call. All white attire is required.

The beach is well-planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar. Work out in the well-equipped gym and compete in the Usain Bolt Games Room at the Great House (teens love it). Jog the marked trails. Snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie Cat, and sunfish are complimentary. Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef, and any captained craft attract various fees. The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Dues cost of US$170 (plus a 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$34 (plus a 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 are at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, the Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

REGISTRATION

When your driver brings you to Tryall, you will check in at the front desk. You will be asked for your passport as a means of identification. You will sign a waiver & need to provide a driving license for the use of the complimentary golf carts provided at the villa as well as any additional golf carts you may wish to rent.

The Tryall Club can set up an account for your stay. A credit card is required at check-in and a credit hold will be placed until check-out for budgetary items & signing privileges (i.e., groceries, restaurant dining, golf, and activities). The calculated amount for the credit hold is approximately US$150 per bedroom per night. If you plan to make payment for your Folio Account in cash, they will request a cash deposit. If you plan to make payment by credit card, they will place a hold on your credit card.

The Tryall Club will charge your credit card or take a cash payment for the Temporary Membership Dues of US$170 (plus a 15% service charge) per person per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$34 (plus 15% service charge) per person per day for stays of less than 7 days; a discount of 50% (plus the 15% service charge) applies to children who are ages 13-15 years old. Golf Cart Waiver & Indemnification

If you would like to use the golf carts supplied by the villa, you will be asked to sign a golf cart damage waiver form on arrival.

You agree to always operate the golf cart in a safe and courteous manner at The Tryall Club. You agree to be responsible for any or all damages and replacement costs if you use the golf cart during your stay. You also agree to the following rules:

• Golf Cart Operator must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must have a valid Driver's License.
• Golf Carts must be operated properly. Horseplay, racing, or other misuse of the golf cart will not be tolerated. Golf Carts must remain within the gates of the resort and are not permitted outside the gates.
• Passengers must always be seated when the cart is in motion. Feet/legs, arms, and the entire body must remain inside the cart.
• Report any malfunctions or cart problems to management immediately.

The Tryall Club Membership

A significant amenity for guests in this villa is membership at the excellent Tryall Club. On 2,200 acres, Tryall's golf course is among the most beautiful in the world. Its 18 hillside and seaside fairways have been home to the Johnnie Walker, Mazda, and other PGA championship events. The resident pro offers workshops and private lessons. The Tryall tennis club features 4 Agile Turf courts and 5 Nova Cushion courts, some lit for night play, with world-class pros on call. All white attire is required.

The beach is well-planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar. Work out in the well-equipped gym and compete in the Usain Bolt Games Room at the Great House (teens love it). Jog the marked trails. Snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie Cat, and sunfish are complimentary. Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef, and any captained craft attract various fees. Enjoy weekly events like a complimentary Manager's Cocktail Party on Mondays, as well as Beach BBQ and Reggae Night beach parties for an additional fee.

*Tryall Club Temporary Membership Dues

The Tryall Club is a private club where members may use most facilities at no charge except for the tennis shop, ball boys, bar & restaurant, spa, motorized watersports, nanny services, and golf. Complimentary amenities include the beach, non-motorized watersports, tennis, the fitness room, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party, and various special events.

The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Dues cost of US$170 (plus a 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$34 (plus a 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 are at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, the Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

REGISTRATION

When your driver brings you to Tryall, you will check in at the front desk. You will be asked for your passport as a means of identification. You will sign a waiver & need to provide a driving license for the use of the complimentary golf carts provided at the villa as well as any additional golf carts you may wish to rent.

The Tryall Club can set up an account for your stay. A credit card is required at check-in and a credit hold will be placed until check-out for budgetary items & signing privileges (i.e., groceries, restaurant dining, golf, and activities). The calculated amount for the credit hold is approximately US$150 per bedroom per night. If you plan to make payment for your Folio Account in cash, they will request a cash deposit. If you plan to make payment by credit card, they will place a hold on your credit card.

The Tryall Club will charge your credit card or take a cash payment for the Temporary Membership Dues of US$170 (plus a 15% service charge) per person per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$34 (plus 15% service charge) per person per day for stays of less than 7 days; a discount of 50% (plus the 15% service charge) applies to children who are ages 13-15 years old. Golf Cart Waiver & Indemnification

If you would like to use the golf carts supplied by the villa, you will be asked to sign a golf cart damage waiver form on arrival.

You agree to always operate the golf cart in a safe and courteous manner at The Tryall Club. You agree to be responsible for any or all damages and replacement costs if you use the golf cart during your stay. You also agree to the following rules:

• Golf Cart Operator must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must have a valid Driver's License.
• Golf Carts must be operated properly. Horseplay, racing, or other misuse of the golf cart will not be tolerated. Golf Carts must remain within the gates of the resort and are not permitted outside the gates.
• Passengers must always be seated when the cart is in motion. Feet/legs, arms, and the entire body must remain inside the cart.
• Report any malfunctions or cart problems to management immediately.

On a stunning promontory, once the site of an old stone fort, sits a remarkable Premier home named Fortlands Point. From its breathtaking location on the tip of the peninsula, the commanding view encompasses the turquoise water of Discovery Bay on one side and the deep blue Caribbean Sea on the other. The views are simply magnificent. The clear buoyant water and adjacent reefs are a paradise for snorkelers and divers. Just a few feet from the point, the protected reefs are a colorful coral world of Jackfish, Parrot Fish, Wrass, and Sergeant Majors. The stereophonic sound of waves lapping the coral and beaches lulls guests to sleep each night.

Textures of teak, cedar, Italian tile, and Persian rugs complement the dramatic architecture. With families in mind, seven bedrooms (including two specifically for children) have been thoughtfully designed on individual split levels. The comfortable verandah is complete with a black granite bar, ice maker, and television. Sunset cocktail hours here drift into leisurely long dinners under the stars in any of five open-air dining areas. Inside is the formal dining room with a 100-year-old 12' mahogany heirloom table. As a special treat, the staff will serve dinner on the very point itself, followed by a seaside bonfire if you wish ~ evenings to treasure and remember.

Seven old cannons dot the three-acre grounds. The adjacent mirrored fitness room includes a universal weight machine and elliptical cycle in a breezy space with a wonderful view of the sea.

Frankfort Villa & Grounds

Frankfort is a 17th-century fortress, brilliantly restored as a remarkable four-bedroom home on a beautiful Caribbean beach.

Today, Frankfort is a paradigm of 21st-century laid-back elegance. A brilliant half-million dollar renovation introduced Italian Travertine floors, chic and comfortable sitting areas in crisp white fabrics, and stunning Euro-style modern bedrooms with all-new en-suite bathrooms and glass-wall showers. All furniture and fabrics were imported from the UK and Europe, many having been designed exclusively for Frankfort by Caroline Shasha Interiors of London. The original two-foot thick rough stone walls and gun slots are still in place, reminders of Frankfort's days as a British fort defending against Spanish invaders and pirates. Two old cannons were dug up from the beach and now hold reign squarely on the lawn.

Floor-to-ceiling bookcases divide the ground floor into two sections: one, an elegant inside dining space and dimly-lit bar ~ and the other, a comfy living room, television, music, and games area. The 80 Travertine and old stone verandah is furnished by the stylish Dedon Collection from Germany. This covered porch is the gathering area for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and al fresco dining as the sun sets over Frankfort's beach.

The beach is soft, and the swimming water is wonderful. The gardener will place comfortable beach chaises in the sun or under thatch umbrellas. The staff may surprise you with a torchlight beach feast one night. 300 yards offshore is a live reef; snorkels and masks are provided. On request, the butler will hire jet skis, Hobie cats, sea bikes, sailfish, a sunset booze cruise, or a deep-sea fishing boat. Most water sports can be paid for by credit card at the nearby Prospect Plantation Office. Nearby attractions include tubing on the White River, shopping in Island Village, swimming with dolphins, walking up the famous Dunn's River Falls, and touring Prospect Plantation (the original Great House up the mountain).

History

For decades, Sir Harold and Lady Mary Mitchell hosted an array of renowned guests. A peek at the leather-bound guest book hints at a fascinating history. Frankfort was a holiday retreat of Winston Churchill, Queen Mary, Prince Edward, Princess Alice, Secretary-General U Thant, the Archduke and Archduchess of Austria, Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, Prime Minister Michael Manley, Dr. Henry Kissinger, Sir Noel Coward, Bryan Adams, and Drew Barrymore, to name a few. Old photos of celebrity guests still sit atop the piano.

A cut stone path leads 60 feet across the lawn to the old Schoolhouse, built in 1953 for the Mitchells' only daughter, Mary Jean. While Sir Harold and Prime Minister Churchill were meeting in the main house, little Mary Jean's care and education were looked after here by her nanny and her tutor. Some years later, a second story was added and the Schoolhouse was converted to an air-conditioned cottage with Frankfort's fourth bedroom.

Great River House is located in a private gated neighborhood of other upscale villas, the entire property is fenced and entered through wrought iron gates, ensuring complete privacy. The Tryall Club Membership

A significant amenity for guests in this villa is membership at the excellent Tryall Club. On 2,200 acres, Tryall's golf course is among the most beautiful in the world. It's 18 hillside and seaside fairways have been home to the Johnnie Walker, Mazda, and other PGA championship events. The resident pro offers workshops and private lessons. The Tryall tennis club features 4 Agile Turf courts and 5 Nova Cushion courts, some lit for night play, with world-class pros on call. All white attire is required.

The beach is well-planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar. Work out in the well-equipped gym and compete in the Usain Bolt Games Room at the Great House (teens love it). Jog the marked trails. Snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie Cat, and sunfish are complimentary. Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef, and any captained craft attract various fees. Enjoy weekly events like a complimentary Manager's Cocktail Party on Mondays, as well as Beach BBQ and Reggae Night beach parties for an additional fee.

REGISTRATION

When your driver brings you to Tryall, you will check in at the front desk. You will be asked for your passport as a means of identification. You will sign a waiver & need to provide a driving license for the use of the complimentary golf carts provided at the villa as well as any additional golf carts you may wish to rent.

The Tryall Club can set up an account for your stay. A credit card is required at check-in and a credit hold will be placed until check-out for budgetary items & signing privileges (i.e., groceries, restaurant dining, golf, and activities). The calculated amount for the credit hold is approximately US$150 per bedroom per night. If you plan to make payment for your Folio Account in cash, they will request a cash deposit. If you plan to make payment by credit card, they will place a hold on your credit card.

The Tryall Club will charge your credit card or take a cash payment for the Temporary Membership Dues of US$170 (plus a 15% service charge) per person per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$34 (plus 15% service charge) per person per day for stays of less than 7 days; a discount of 50% (plus the 15% service charge) applies to children who are ages 13-15 years old. If you would like to use the golf carts supplied by the villa, you will be asked to sign a golf cart damage waiver form on arrival.

You agree to always operate the golf cart safely and courteously at The Tryall Club. You agree to be responsible for any or all damages and replacement costs if you use the golf cart during your stay. You also agree to the following rules:

• Golf Cart Operator must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must have a valid Driver's License.
• Golf Carts must be operated properly. Horseplay, racing, or other misuse of the golf cart will not be tolerated. Golf Carts must remain within the gates of the resort and are not permitted outside the gates.
• Passengers must always be seated when the cart is in motion. Feet/legs, arms, and the entire body must remain inside the cart.

Hidden Bay captures the drama of an extraordinarily elevated panorama of the blue sea and the proximity of its sandy beach. Its well-planned design attracts groups of up to 12 adults, especially two- and three-generation families. The architect listened when these homeowners ordered a full range of the comforts of a family-style home, equal accommodations for all guests, and capture of the outrageous beauty of their unique location. The interior designer added an uncluttered, immaculate style of unpretentious glamour - in short, an ideal vacation home. For those who want privacy during all this togetherness, ten individual outdoor sitting areas dot the seafront wall. A thatched-roof outdoor bar is yet another informal sitting area with tables for drinks and games.

The main house consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms - approximately 4000 sq. ft

A comfy wrap-around verandah with a glorious view is the favorite gathering area. Step off the porch onto a grassy lawn, freshwater pool and terrace, and Travertine stepping stones to the piece de resistance - an open sitting area on a dramatic promontory over the sea with sweeping views from horizon to sunrise to sunset. Sunset vigils with butler-served trays of drinks and hors d'oeuvres create indelible memories of each day's long, breathtaking dusk. Cameras are mandatory.

From this promontory, a stairway leads down to a private over-the-water stone deck supported on eons-old coral rock, an enviable spot with chaises for sunning and a jumping-off point into the bay.

Or, across the lawn, walk down a Harry-Potter-style rock-clad stairway that looks like it could open to a cave, and voila! The hidden beach is a 100' stretch of sand by the sea for barefoot shell gathering, splashing in shallow waters, and for taller guests to venture into the waves. Kayaks and vests are complimentary.

The Tryall Club Membership

A significant amenity for guests in this villa is membership at the excellent Tryall Club. On 2,200 acres, Tryall's golf course is among the most beautiful in the world. It's 18 hillside and seaside fairways have been home to the Johnnie Walker, Mazda, and other PGA championship events. The resident pro offers workshops and private lessons. The Tryall tennis club features 4 Agile Turf courts and 5 Nova Cushion courts, some lit for night play, with world-class pros on call. All white attire is required.

The beach is well-planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar. Work out in the well-equipped gym and compete in the Usain Bolt Games Room at the Great House (teens love it). Jog the marked trails. Snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie Cat, and sunfish are complimentary. Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef, and any captained craft attract various fees. Enjoy weekly events like a complimentary Manager's Cocktail Party on Mondays, as well as Beach BBQ and Reggae Night beach parties for an additional fee.

*Tryall Club Temporary Membership Dues

The Tryall Club is a private club where members may use most facilities at no charge except for the tennis shop, ball boys, bar & restaurant, spa, motorized watersports, nanny services, and golf. Complimentary amenities include the beach, non-motorized watersports, tennis, the fitness room, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party, and various special events.

The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Dues cost of US$170 (plus a 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$34 (plus a 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 are at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, the Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

Plan to pay your TMD fee at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register (see below).

Please note: There may be occasions when some or all the facilities for the hotel may be closed for membership guest services due to a private hotel event. The Tryall Club reserves the right to change or alter its membership packages with no advance notice.

REGISTRATION

When your driver brings you to Tryall, you will check in at the front desk. You will be asked for your passport as a means of identification. You will sign a waiver & need to provide a driving license for the use of the complimentary golf carts provided at the villa as well as any additional golf carts you may wish to rent.

The Tryall Club can set up an account for your stay. A credit card is required at check-in and a credit hold will be placed until check-out for budgetary items & signing privileges (i.e., groceries, restaurant dining, golf, and activities). The calculated amount for the credit hold is approximately US$150 per bedroom per night. If you plan to make payment for your Folio Account in cash, they will request a cash deposit. If you plan to make payment by credit card, they will place a hold on your credit card.

The Tryall Club will charge your credit card or take a cash payment for the Temporary Membership Dues of US$170 (plus a 15% service charge) per person per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$34 (plus 15% service charge) per person per day for stays of less than 7 days; a discount of 50% (plus the 15% service charge) applies to children who are ages 13-15 years old. Children 12 years and younger are complimentary.

Golf Cart Waiver & Indemnification

If you would like to use the golf carts supplied by the villa, you will be asked to sign a golf cart damage waiver form on arrival.

You agree to always operate the golf cart in a safe and courteous manner at The Tryall Club. You agree to be responsible for any or all damages and replacement costs if you use the golf cart during your stay. You also agree to the following rules:

• Golf Cart Operator must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must have a valid Driver's License.
• Golf Carts must be operated properly. Horseplay, racing, or other misuse of the golf cart will not be tolerated. Golf Carts must remain within the gates of the resort and are not permitted outside the gates.
• Passengers must always be seated when the cart is in motion. Feet/legs, arms, and the entire body must remain inside the cart.
• Report any malfunctions or cart problems to management immediately.
