The Valley Vista Mansion is a two story residence, including 10 bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The mansion can accommodate up to 25 guests at a time.
Upon entering this spectacular home, guests will step into the open and spacious living room and kitchen areas. The living room is filled with natural light and features a large fireplace, flat-screen Smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities, and a comfortable leather couch. Also on this floor is a game room with a large, flat screen TV and pool table.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen includes modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and oven with hotplates.
All of the 10 bedrooms are fully furnished with cozy beds and flat-screen televisions. Pillows and linens are provided for maximum comfort. The first master bedroom features its own private entrance, a private bathroom with sauna, and fireplace. The second master bedroom features fabulous views from its private balcony. The house includes a high chair, children's dinnerware, bunk beds, and plenty of space for children to play, making it a perfect family retreat.
The highlight of the property of course is the large heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the backyard. There is a also a summer kitchen with gas barbecue grill and a fireplace. This area is perfect for family gatherings and fun in the sun. The lovely green scenery offers the perfect setting to relax after a long day.
Valley Vista Mansion is in an ideal location. The property is located only 10 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and about 25 minutes to the Scottsdale Airport. There is also plenty to see and do in the nearby area. Popular attractions include the Desert Botanical Garden, only a few miles away or the Cracker Jax for mini-golfing and go-karts. For shopping and dining, the Old Town Scottsdale is about 20 minutes away and has a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and bars for all tastes.
