Lurin, St. Barthélemy
High in the hills of Lurin, and just a short drive from Gustavia, Loukoko is located in a small gated community. It overlooks the St Jean area including the airport, the bay, and ocean. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed form nearly every corner of the villa, including the large terrace and its heated infinity pool. Its dominating position also allows for cooling breezes, but the villa can be fully air-conditioned.
The main room with the living room and fully-equipped kitchen has windows on both sides, as well as a skylight overhead, which brings in plenty of light. The space opens up onto the terrace with the covered area for lounging and dining, and there is an outdoor TV hidden in the floor, perfect to watch a movie or game outdoors.
All bedrooms are accessed from the living room, but do not connect. Each has a European king-sized bed, ample closet space, U.S and French satellite, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the lower level are both outdoor parking and a parking garage, which doubles as a game room with a ping pong table, foosball, and pool table.
Loukoko is a great choice for couples vacationing together, but will also suit families, and comes with housekeeping 6 days a week, not including public holidays.
