Street parking in front of the property is complementary on a first-come, first-serve basis as-well as overnight resort parking for $20/night. Daily resort fees including the use of the poolside pavilions, gazebos, two swimming pools and whirlpool spa/hot tub and barbeques. It is to be noted that, wristbands which are left inside the condo for your use, are required in the pool areas. Room D103 has a standard occupancy of 4 with a max occupancy of 6. An extra fee will be added for any group over the maximum occupancy.
