A trendy and modern living room opens to a well-equipped kitchen with high bar and stools, as well as an indoor dining space.
All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning.
The 4th bedroom is an independent room located below the main house with a private terrace and breathtaking 180-degree ocean views.
The house also has parking for up to 4 vehicles, WiFi, a barbecue, and U.S. satellite TV. Villa Agave Azul is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a comfortable, peaceful, well-appointed villa with fantastic views. Please note: The stairs to access the house may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Villa Agave Azul comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays, and a house manager. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but pets and smoking are not allowed.
