You'll feel as free as a bird in Birdcage Villa. Splendidly situated on a peninsula, it boasts some of the island's most magnificent panoramic and far-reaching views of neighboring cays and the beautiful Big Major Harbor. Birdcage is a two-story, two-bedroom house, whose every window and door presents a unique vantage point and an incredible view.

Spread your wings in this spacious two-bedroom abode - open plan, with an impressive kitchen, breakfast bar, comfortable living room with fireplace and dining area; Birdcage has an inviting covered porch, popular for afternoon lounging, that is cooled by passing breezes.

While away countless lazy hours reclining on your veranda, as you watch the comings and goings of sailboats, the interplay of light and shadow on the intricately hued seawater, and the fascinating spectacle of the narrow, rapidly flowing channel below that abruptly changes direction at a certain point each day.

Please note that Birdcage is a split-level unit with the guest bedroom on the ground floor below the master bedroom on the main floor. The staircase and access to the guest bedroom are outside the kitchen on the porch and should be considered when traveling with small children.

Scheduled flights and private chartered flights are available directly from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida (1 hour 30 minutes) or Nassau, The Bahamas (40 minutes) into Staniel Cay Airstrip.

Upon landing at Staniel Cay Airstrip--just 1.25 miles from Fowl Cay--a member of our resort team will personally greet you, handle your luggage, and escort you to the dock. From there, enjoy a breathtaking 7-minute boat ride to the Cay.

Airport transfers for guests arriving from Staniel Cay Airstrip to Fowl Cay Resort are complimentary. You are also welcome to travel to Fowl Cay with your boat. Private planes may land at Staniel Cay's 3,030 ft.-paved airstrip. You may also charter a seaplane to land near our resort.

Please note that check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. Plan your inbound and outbound charter flights accordingly.
