Stairs from the parking area lead to the main living area and pool terrace, which offers views of the bay and hills. The centerpiece of the living area is the open well-equipped kitchen, which has a large island and seating for 12 guests. Just outside the kitchen is a shaded outdoor dining area with a huge wooden slab table and seating for 16 people. The cozy living room has a comfortable sectional in front of the U.S. satellite TV.

The master bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow on the parking level. The master suite has a private terrace with ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower.

On the other side of the parking area is the third unit with a terrace and 2 guest bedrooms, each with an outdoor shower. The highest unit offers 3 additional guest bedrooms, a large terrace, and an outdoor kitchen. Two of these bedrooms have an outdoor shower, while the last has an indoor shower. All 6 bedrooms have a queen-size bed and U.S. satellite TV.

An outdoor living area is located underneath the gazebo next to the heated infinity pool. A large corner couch, complemented by bamboo chairs, offers comfortable seating. The deck with 3 large sunbeds offers ample sunshine year-round. The house also comes with WiFi and a sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers.

Villa Coco Rock, or Coco Rock, comes with house cleaning service six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
