Villa Imagine is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Marigot within minutes of the beach and shopping. This house uses rocks and vegetation to feel a part of its natural surroundings. The villa is built to use the trade winds as natural air conditioning and to make the most of the views on both sides of the hill.

The living room and kitchen open to each other and face out to the terrace. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, while the well-equipped kitchen's large window offers a view of the Grand Cul De Sac.

Next to the kitchen is an outside breakfast area, which faces out over the Cul de Sac, where one can sit in the morning breeze while enjoying croissants and coffee.

A large deck, stretching from the villa entrance to the other side of the living room, surrounds an impressive pool, which is equipped with an oxygenation system and runs without chlorine. The surrounding gardens create an organic feel.

One bedroom is located in a separate unit just above the pool, while the other 2 bedrooms are in a unit between the entrance and kitchen. All bedrooms come with air-conditioning, a king-size bed, U.S. satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with large shower. The house also has WiFi, a sound system with iPod dock and streaming radio, indoor and outdoor speakers, a water purification system, and an outdoor shower.

Villa Imagine comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 6 and older.
