Explore this 7.5-acre private island off the coast of Belize. Indulge in luxury service, amenities, and accommodations. Royal Belize is only offered to one guest party at a time, so you are guaranteed to have our full attention. The island offers five luxury suites in three separate houses.

Royal Belize is a true all-inclusive resort where there are no worries or stress. All food and beverages are included and served to you by our full-time staff. Guests receive complimentary access to snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards, and a Hobie Cat. Children 4 and under stay and eat free, and children ages 5-12 stay and eat at a discounted rate. The island can accommodate up to 16 guests at a time.

Luxury Accommodations~

Noshi Na (Big House):

The largest villa on the island features three tastefully designed air-conditioned suites with uninhibited views of the Caribbean through panoramic windows. The suites are distinct in every detail and feature king-sized beds or multiple doubles/twin beds that can be specially tailored in various configurations to accommodate your needs. Each suite has a private exterior entrance with optional connecting doors.

Tu-li-pan Na (Hibiscus House):

Comfortably nestled among lush greenery and hibiscus bushes and cooled by air-conditioning, this perfectly blush villa features a beautifully appointed master suite with sweeping ocean views. The Hibiscus House is a single suite fully furnished with a king-sized bed and private bath. This villa features an outdoor bed for the ultimate sunbathing and stargazing.

Ne-ne Na (Little House):

The most secluded suite on the island. Little House is a romantic bungalow on its secluded private beach, completely separated by water from the rest of the island and connected by a bridge over a natural ocean channel. This air-conditioned suite has a king-sized bed and its over-the-water sun deck that boasts incredible Caribbean sunsets, perfect for sipping champagne and celebrating the art of vacationing.

Kwi-Ki Na (Bunk House):

The new bunkhouse, located by Hibiscus House, offers six twin beds and a detached private bathroom with two showers. This is perfect for bringing the entire family along, or a few extra friends! Fully air-conditioned with an attached bathroom with two showers.

The Grand Palapa:

Serves as your main dining room and lounge. It is the social center of the island.

Royal Belize is an all-inclusive private island that caters to your needs. There are no extra charges for meals, snacks, or local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Dining is always recommended in the Grand Palapa, but happy to serve you anywhere on the island. The staff can even set up a picnic on the beach! Royal Belize takes great pleasure in staging memorable dining experiences in a variety of settings around the island.

There's no shortage of adventure options, but what you do is up to you! Spend your days relaxing or staying busy with beach games, wave runners, sea kayaks, snorkeling, and fishing.

Feeling extra adventurous? Book a private yacht charter from our partner, Deep Blue Charters, and enjoy a day on the water with unlimited fishing, snorkeling, diving, and sunbathing. Go SCUBA diving or snorkeling along the reef. Visit our sister island, Thatch Caye, and spend happy hour at the overwater bar. Try your luck fly fishing or deep-sea fishing. If you care to venture off the island, your concierge can arrange a variety of activities, including zip lining, waterfall hiking, helicopter tours, cave tubing, and excursions to the Mayan ruins. You'll want to do it all!

Getting to Royal Belize~

• Fly into Belize City (BZE).
• Choose your transportation to Dangriga: a 15-minute commuter flight, a few hours' drive, or a 40-minute helicopter ride straight to the island. Commuter flights are included in your island rental for up to 10 guests.
• Meet the Royal Belize teammate and take the quick boat ride to the island.
