Each of the 85 villas is decorated with high-end fabrics and natural stone floors to carry a feel of the rich landscape and vibrant colors unique to the area. All villas also provide the convenience of semi-private elevator access and in-suite laundry as well as MP3 docking stations, LCD TV's, and high speed Wi-Fi access.

Each villa's distinguished style is made complete with luxurious five piece bathrooms and fully-equipped gourmet kitchens, including granite countertops, custom cabinetry, sub-zero refrigerators, and Wolf appliances.

The is a resort fee of $32 per room, per day + tax which includes access to Wi-Fi for up to 8 devices, on-site parking, welcome amenity, check-in POG juice or cocktail, and more.

Two Bedrooms

You've just checked in. You receive your villa key and head across the beautiful property to your building. An elevator lifts you to your specific villa and the doors open directly upon your front door. You step inside your own little corner of paradise -- and are home.

Our two-bedroom villas offer sumptuous amenities and are remarkably spacious. Boasting 1,300 to 1,500 square feet, they offer a full gourmet chef's kitchen with Wolf & Subzero appliances (some units), two private bathrooms (one for each bedroom), a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, A/C, WiFi, semi-private elevator access (some units), and a furnished lanai (balcony) measuring 300 to 500 square feet.

Three Bedrooms

Our villas are the largest on Kauai and our three bedrooms present the height of luxury. Measuring between 2,000 and 2,700 square feet, they offer a completely stocked gourmet chef's kitchens with Wolf & Subzero appliances, three private bathrooms (one for each bedroom), master bedroom with walk-in closet and king-size pillow-top bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size pillow-top bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Also, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, A/C, WiFi, semi-private elevator access, and a furnished lanai (balcony) measuring 300 to 500 square feet.
