• Breakfast: Listen to the sounds of parrots and monkeys waking up in the trees while you sip the best in Costa Rican coffee and local tropical juices. You'll enjoy various egg dishes enhanced with Costa Rican breakfast meats, light spices, and salsas; or enjoy cereals, grains, waffles and pancakes layered with tasty yogurts and local fresh fruit!
  
• Lunch: Lunches are on the lighter side (as is the case in Costa Rica) giving you a mid-day boost without creating a heavy feeling.
