Villa Pajoma is a 3-bedroom villa located in Lurin and a short drive to 2 beaches and shopping. This villa has a view toward Eden Rock hotel on St. Jean Beach.
The indoor living space has been fully updated to contemporary standards with new furniture and a modern kitchen that overlooks the pool area. A large glass dining table with Rattan chairs offers a space for indoor dining, while the outdoor covered terrace has a new modern table with seating for 8.
The 3 bedrooms are identical with sliding doors opening to the decks, king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with white tiles and raw marble floors. The master bedroom has 2 private terraces with views of the beach.
Mature tropical gardens and palm trees surround the property. The wooden terrace around the large pool has loungers, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing while being cooled by the breeze.
Villa Pajoma comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the week of the Bucket Regatta, the villa is only available at a 3-bedroom rate. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 10 and older.
