Waverider 2303 just received a thorough re-fresh with new decor recently added. New upgrades for Waverider 2303 include new patio furniture, new colorful area rugs and toss pillows, new outdoor wall art at the entry and on the oceanside patio, live green plants in colorful ceramic containers indoors and outdoors, new wall art in all three bedroom suites and den room, new bed covers, bed linens and bath linens, new chandelier lighting in the dining room, new bedside table lamps, an enhanced kitchen with abundant new cooking and serving supplies, and much more. Each bedroom suite now includes HD television with oversized large flat screens, DVD players, and iPod docks.
Our goal in enhancing the interior of 2303 is to provide a warm, welcoming, colorful, cheerful and richly luxurious home environment that also provides a deep and unique sense of place, with tasteful local surfing culture and "Hawaiiana" themed accents. Montage Kapalua Bay was formerly known as the Ritz Carlton Club & Residences, Kapalua Bay and is situated on the site of the former Kapalua Bay Hotel. Guests of the resort now enjoy complimentary beach services including towels, water, and beach chairs on Kapalua Beach. Guests may also rent other assorted ocean sports equipment at the beach. Guests of this villa are provided with beach towels, cooler, and portable beach umbrellas that are specifically owned by your villa. They are for use when visiting other beaches along our sunny and sandy shores, or for venturing out on boat excursions to snorkel, scuba, or whale watch.
Your private home within this select hideaway has an oversized covered oceanfront veranda with abundant fresh-air lounging and dining space, three bedrooms plus Den (King, King, Two Double Beds, Double Sofa Bed in Den, three and a half bathrooms, a fabulously well-equipped kitchen, in-villa Bosch laundry room, five HD oversized flat panel televisions, iPod docks and DVD/CD players in all bedrooms.
From the semi-private elevator step out into your own private entry foyer. Through a solid glass double door you step into a spacious hallway with rich dark mahogany hardwood floors. The hallway leads your gaze straight ahead down the entry hallway, through the great room, out onto the veranda and then out towards the broad Pacific ocean and pool areas. The great room has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that frame one of the best views on the island of Maui. Just outside, rays of crimson and scarlet or golden sunsets glisten off the cascading swimming pools, and the palm trees gently sway in soft cooling ocean breezes.
The private dining room can be closed off from the kitchen and great room, so you may enjoy peaceful conversation in a private setting. The indoor dining table seats eight guests. Your private villa has an oversized covered oceanfront terrace with abundant fresh-air lounging and dining space. There is another dining table on the terrace that also seats eight guests. Waverider Villa 2303 also has a Viking gas BBQ grill on the outdoor patio.
You may begin each day with a latte made fresh on your own espresso machine. The kitchen is complete with every imaginable small appliance - for your cooking pleasure. To name just a few fun things we added, there is a thermal pot automatic coffee maker, coffee grinder, fine supply of fresh beans and tea, electric tea kettle, top-quality high-powered blender, waffle maker, juicer, mixer, rice cooker, hot air popper, and an extensive assortment of fine quality cookware, knives, white china plateware, clear crystal glassware (martini, margarita, white wine, red wine, champagne flutes, pilsners, etc.), sugars, herbs and spices, plastic glassware and paper plates for kids, and other to-go supplies. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets, extra bed linens, paper products, and various cleaning and soap products. Within your private villa there is a laundry room with a super-sized Bosch washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies. There are 2 irons and ironing boards in Waverider Villa 2303. Additional a la carte housekeeping service is $40 per hour per housekeeper plus 4.166% GE tax with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.
There is a Viking stainless steel BBQ grill on the outdoor terrace.
The resort has 24/7 on-site security and a gated parking garage entry.

An oversized teak wood dining table defines the dining room. The great room adjoins the kitchen, but it can be closed off with pocket doors for complete privacy. The dining table seats eight to ten guests for candle-light indoor dining. A separate black galaxy granite breakfast bar/counter in the kitchen seats three more persons.

Spa Montage offers a fantastic state-of-art Kinesis fitness circuit. This is the only one of it`s type in Hawai`i. Also available to guests of the Spa is another swimming pool, hot tubs, and separate sauna and steam rooms for men and women. There are expansive changing areas with showers, restrooms, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and locking storage units. There is also a first-class spa that offers various treatments and therapies.
