The Dining Experience

We know you can't quite fully enjoy a vacation without great food. Since we don't want you to think too much during your vacation, we have established themed menus that will cater to most families and groups. Themed dinners depending on the length of your vacation include: Dominican Fusion, Spanish, Sushi & Rolls, Italian, Mexican, Meat BBQ, Seafood BBQ and International night. Each themed dinner will be accompanied by ambiance music related to the theme and also colors of the table linen and tableware will vary accordingly. The Concierge & Chef will coordinate your group's preferences to make sure everyone is catered for. A list of vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan desserts will be provided.

All Inclusive Meal Packages

What is included in the all-inclusive package:

• The staff will shop and prepare 3 delicious and hearty meals per day: (breakfast lunch, and dinner)
• Fresh fruit, snacks, are also included
• Lobster Dinner or Imported Rib eye or other cuts is only US$ 10.00 extra per person
• Prior to arrival you have to choose your Day 1 and Day 2 meals. Going forward once you are onsite you just have to make your selection of meals with 48 hour anticipation and for a minimum of 2 days forward

• The package must be purchased for all the villa occupants
• A minimum of 10 guests is required to request All Inclusive Package
• Prices based on the menu selection provided
• With prior notice (subject to not having made the purchase for those meals) guests may choose to dine out and a discount of US$20.00 per meal per person can be applied subject the whole party goes out or a minimum of 6 eats at the property
• Desserts will be made by external professional pastry chef and require 48 hour advance order. You can order different desserts to have them during more days and to also have more than one option per meal
