On the ground floor of this luxury Bastide is the entrance hall, a large bright spacious living room, and up several steps is the dining area. There are two modern kitchen's, fully equipped, (one is professional) and the wine cellar. There is an elevator to the upper floor & lower floors which have seven en-suite bedrooms, including three master bedrooms.

The grounds of the Bastide are just perfect to relax with a large terrace, swimming pool, a summer kitchen and covered dining area and an outdoor shower. There is parking for one car.

Once you've arrived, you will never want to leave, however there are plenty of things to discover in the region. The villa is only five minutes from the center of Cannes "La Croisette" where everyone gathers. There are many small villages in the region such as Vence is full of interesting art galleries, craft shops and cafes and restaurants. Nearby St Paul de Vence has small cobbled streets with tempting artisan shops and is home to renowned restaurant La Colombe d'Or. There is also Grasse, the center of perfumeries, Biot, Antibes, Nice and Monaco, and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too!

The beaches at Villeneuve Loubet and Cagnes-sur-Mer are a short distance from the Bastide. Guests can even venture to Eden Roc for lunch.
